Select Physical Therapy in Muskogee, OK is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist. The role offers Monday–Friday hours (7am–6pm) in a full-time position at our Muskogee clinic, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $350/month debt-relief incentive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (required).
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
