Tallgrass Creek, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for older adults on our campus in Kansas. This role offers a 1:1 caseload, on-site medical staff, and onboarding support with documentation assistance.
You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life. A valid state PT license and geriatric experience are preferred; no travel required.
