Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in Marlton, NJ is seeking a full-time Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The therapist will administer treatments for birth to 21-year-olds, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and promote family-centered care.

Candidates should have a BS/MS/DPT from an APTA-accredited program, NJ licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and 1-2 years pediatric experience; strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• BS/MS/DPT from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program
• NJ licensure for physical therapy or eligibility for NJ licensure
• CPR certification
• 1-2 years of professional post-graduate pediatric experience (medical or educational setting preferred)
• Strong organizational / time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well as a team member

Responsibilities

• Administers appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21
• Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem-solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes
• Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines
• Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through the integration of skill development, strength and movement, play-based activities, and social-emotional development

We are recruiting for a Full-Time Outpatient PhysicalTherapist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is benefit eligible.

POSITIONSUMMARY:
