Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a clinician to evaluate outpatient orthopedic and neurologic patients and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans. You will deliver therapy, document progress, coordinate with physicians, support discharge planning, and supervise assistants as required.
