Experience and Education

Required

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program and eligibility for licensure in Texas.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: Active CPR (BLS) certification upon hire, or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas upon hire.

Preferred

• 1 year of experience; new graduates are welcome (experience preferred).

Job Duties

• Apply therapeutic principles with good clinical judgment, ensuring patient and staff safety while maximizing treatment potential.
• Identify and document problems during evaluation, setting realistic goals and timeframes.
• Design and analyze treatment plans, adjusting as needed to ensure progress.
• Prepare for patient discharge efficiently, including equipment needs and resource considerations.
• Foster teamwork through fair treatment, effective communication, and collaboration.
• Organize patient treatment sessions efficiently.
• Accurately record patient progress in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
