Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Clarksville, MD, part of Select Medical, is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for orthopedics. The role supports athletes and patients returning to work and daily activities, with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

The center treats a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, hand therapy and neuro, with on-site clinicians and flexible scheduling. Sign-on bonus and student loan help are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice as a physical therapist.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and comply with regulations.
• Communicate openly with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Education

We treat a diverse population across orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, oncology, hand therapy, and neurology. Additional clinicians are on‑site and open to new graduate physical therapists. Defined mentorship is available. Previous OP orthopedic experience is a PLUS. We welcome skills and interest in additional specialties.

Schedule: Weekdays 7A-330P and 1130A-8P. The last patient is scheduled an hour prior.
