Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Acworth, GA seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join a growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, deliver manual therapy, and collaborate with PTs/PTAs while maintaining accurate records in EMR.

The clinic offers a residency-style program, mentorship, competitive base salary plus incentives, sign-on bonuses up to $30,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm and Friday 7am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Clinic Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

Base Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 / year + monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
