Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R.

• Ability to perform botulinum toxin injections, EMGs, MSK ultrasound when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PM&R care as part of a seven-provider regional team.
• Perform injections, EMGs, and MSK ultrasound within scope.
• Contribute to program growth and service-line development in Waterbury market.
