Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Familiar with medical terminology and pharmacy practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications.
- Perform data and prescription entry including insurance information.
- Fill prescriptions accurately for pharmacist review.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and expiration dates.
- Assist with insurance benefits verification and prior authorizations.
- Comply with HIPAA and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment and software.
- Ensure documentation for delivered products and services.
