• Licensure: Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration with PTCB or ExCPT within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops competence in dispensing and delivery of medications.
• Develops competence in preparing non-sterile products following USP/state/federal guidelines.
• Enters medication orders in the computer system and processes medication requests.
• Manages phone calls from customers and team members with timely resolution or hand-off as needed.
• Adheres to pharmacy procedures and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Complies with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards (e.g., USP, controlled substances).
