Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with PharmD or related master's degree.
• Completion of an accredited PGY2 Administrative pharmacy residency with 2+ years experience; or PGY1 with 4+ years; or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven commitment to patient care and Mayo Clinic values; ability to work effectively in a team.
