Looking to work in one of the largest public health systems in the country? This is a great opportunity to step into a long-term outpatient pharmacist position at a well-established Los Angeles County health facility. Pharmacists in this role will gain exposure to a high-volume, mission-driven clinical environment with the potential to transition into a permanent County position down the line.

This is a full-time contract role with consistent 8-hour day shifts, working in a busy outpatient pharmacy setting. You'll work directly with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal medication use and smooth pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide medication counseling to patients and support adherence
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure safe, effective therapy
• Navigate electronic health records and pharmacy systems
