Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center seeks a Pharmacist for our outpatient Community Pharmacy in Kingman, AZ. This full-time role requires dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and monitoring therapy within our 340B program.

You will ensure safe, effective medication use and contribute to a patient-centered care team. We offer a competitive compensation package with a $15,000 sign-on and a $4,000 relocation bonus, plus comprehensive benefits, on-site daycare, wellness facilities, and tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy.
• Licensed in Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and monitor patient drug therapy.
• Counsel patients on medication use.
• Document interventions and provide drug information.
• Supervise support personnel.
