Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services.
• Performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results.
• Participates in discharge planning and collaborates with a team of disciplines.
• Coverage of inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.
