Job summary

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is assisting a physician-owned pediatric practice in the Tampa Bay area in finding a Board-Certified Pediatrician for an outpatient role. The position is full-time with clinic hours 8 AM–5 PM, focusing on well visits from newborn through 18, sick visits, ADHD, immunizations, and chronic condition management.

The compensation ranges from $150,000 to $190,000+ total, with base plus productivity.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABP certification.
• Florida license preferred; residency completed in the U.S.
• Board-certified pediatrician with strong outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care from newborn to 18 years.
• Perform well visits, sick visits, ADHD and behavioral care, immunizations, and chronic condition management.
• See approximately 25 patients per day; participate in limited light on-call duties.
