Job summary

AOIA is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join a clinic‑based team at a 50-bed Level 3 trauma hospital, about an hour from Spokane in Washington. This 100% outpatient role offers a four‑day work week with no call, weekends, or nights, plus the option to take pediatric hospitalist shifts as desired.

In addition to a $310,000 base salary, quality and wRVU bonuses are available, along with $200,000 in student loan repayment, a $75,000 sign‑on, a $20,000 relocation stipend, and eight weeks of PTO.
