Job summary

This independent 50-bed Level 3 trauma hospital, located about an hour from Spokane, WA, seeks a BE/BC Pediatrician for a 100% outpatient role with an option to do pediatric hospitalist shifts. Enjoy a four-day work week with no call, weekends, or nights, plus a substantial benefits package and mentorship for new graduates.

Base salary is $310,000 with quality and wRVU bonuses, $200,000 loan repayment, $75,000 sign-on, $20,000 relocation, and 8 weeks PTO.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Pediatrics required or eligible.
• Outpatient pediatrics focus with ability to pick up hospitalist shifts if desired.
• Onsite mentorship for new graduates and strong team support.

Responsibilities

• Provide bread-and-butter outpatient pediatric care.
• Option to work pediatric hospitalist shifts as desired.
• Participate in a retention-oriented, culture-first practice.
