Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our Coral Springs, FL practice. The role offers a 3-day-per-week schedule with rotated Saturdays, newborn rounding, and no on-call duties, with potential for leadership opportunities.

We require an MD or DO, Florida medical license, and completion of a pediatrics residency (ACGME or AOA). Board eligibility or board certification in pediatrics within five years is preferred, with BLS and PALS as required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• ACGME or AOA approved pediatrics residency completed or equivalent.
• Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatrics within five years of training.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointments.

Responsibilities

• Full-time schedule in outpatient pediatrics.
• Schedule: 3 days per week with rotated Saturdays.
• Rotated newborn rounding.
• No call schedule.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State ofFlorida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
