You will engage with families, encourage session attendance, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support and growth for each patient.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy to patients birth to 21 years.
• Develop individualized care plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Promote home exercise programs for carryover.
