Job summary

Renown Health and UNR Med seek a Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Endocrinology physician to join a growing pediatric specialty program in the Department of Pediatrics. The role features outpatient care, IP consultations in the Children's Hospital, and a 2-physician team with rotating call.

The position includes teaching medical students, residents, and PA students, with a community-based training model and an affiliate faculty appointment at UNR Med.

Qualifications

• MD/DO qualification with BE/BC in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Eligible for Nevada medical licensure and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric endocrinology care and IP consultations.
• Collaborate with a two-physician team and rotating call structure.
• Teach medical students, residents, and PA students.
• Engage in academic service within UNR Med and Renown Health.
• Participate in Diabetes Care team activities and care coordination.
