Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Outpatient Pediatric Dietitian to join the CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital team in San Antonio, TX. You’ll work Monday–Friday across multiple pediatric specialty settings and provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to children and families.

We’re seeking RDNs who are licensed or eligible and who are passionate about pediatric nutrition, with opportunities for education reimbursement, career advancement, and professional development within a large national

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in the pediatric outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with the team to improve patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition care aligned with policy and protocol.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and service excellence.
• Mentor and support dietetic interns and staff as applicable.
• Support patient and family education and community outreach.

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in the pediatric outpatient setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals

What We’re Looking For
