The clinic operates outpatient‑only with no nights, weekends, or on‑call requirements, and supports a team including one NP and one board‑certified physician.

Qualifications

• NCCPA certification required.
• Active Florida PA license or eligibility/approval.
• Open to new graduates or experienced providers.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Ormond Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage a schedule of 8–12 patients per day.
• Provide wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+.
• Occasional sick visits for established patients.
• Outpatient-only setting with no nights, weekends, or call.
