Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Outpatient OTR - Rehab Program Manager for the Woodlands of Columbus, Columbus, OH. This full-time role focuses on leading patient care and coordinating program operations in an outpatient setting across assisted living and independent living communities.

You will build leadership skills as the go-to person for residents, staff, and customers, while fostering team collaboration and delivering high-quality rehab services.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for licensure as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Clinical competency requirements must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care in the building while gaining leadership experience.
• Coordinate scheduling and serve as liaison for the Area Manager.

Qualifications:
