Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Outpatient OTR Rehab Program Manager in a role offering great work/life balance and flexible hours. The position supports residents and patients across outpatient, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or evenings in some cases. As the lead in the building, you will manage scheduling, act as a liaison for the Area Manager, and drive patient care quality

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building while providing patient care.
• Schedule and coordinate activities within the rehab program.
• Serve as a liaison for Area Manager and interdisciplinary teams.
