Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Outpatient OTR - Rehab Program Manager in Zimmerman, MN to lead the outpatient rehab program, build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and drive quality care.

This role offers weekday hours with a mix of full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, and opportunities for leadership development, clinical mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. A current therapist or assistant license in Minnesota is required, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with Area Manager to ensure program alignment and quality care.
• Coordinate patient care and supervision of staff within the rehab program.
