Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina Health Florence Medical Center in Florence, SC seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join its outpatient rehab team. The OT will evaluate, administer, and direct therapeutic procedures, set goals, and reassess patient progress with timely documentation.

Schedule includes 8 hours per week with hourly pay. Requirements include a degree in occupational therapy, SC license and BLS or equivalent certification.

Job Description

Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of occupational therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Education

Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school.

Experience

One-year prior experience preferred. New graduates acceptable.

Licenses/Certificates

Occupational Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent certification required.
