Qualifications

• Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapy state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Outpatient adult orthopedic experience (willing to consider level II fieldwork).

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties.
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs.
• Complete and maintain required trainings.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations.
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients.
