Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Weatherford, TX seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) for outpatient care. This full-time position involves evaluation, treatment, and directing therapy plans for patients, with emphasis on oncology rehab through the ReVital program.

Qualifications

• Must have completed educational requirements for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Current OT state licensure or eligibility in the state of practice
• CPR certification is required
