Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic team. This salaried role starts at $80,000 per year, with a bonus program and student loan repayment options. Monday–Friday schedule, full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and internal movement across Banner centers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ evidence-based practice.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and centers.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to determine goals, frequency and duration of therapy.
• Adhere to state Practice Act and supervision requirements.
• Participate in design and implementation of new programs with management approval.
• Supervise and delegate OT care within state and federal guidelines.
• Provide individualized treatment programs and timely documentation.
