Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care at our Surprise, AZ location. This full-time role offers a salaried position starting at $80,000 and up, with bonuses and a student loan repayment program. The clinic focuses on orthopedic and diverse patient populations.

You will work with a team of five therapists and a clinician staff, evaluating, treating, and documenting patient progress while providing excellent patient care and staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Physical Therapist License.
• Graduated from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state/local regulations.
