Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in our Martinez, Augusta, and Thomson clinics. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles supporting patients in a modern outpatient setting.

You will deliver hands-on care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility, and grow professionally through mentoring and Upstream CEU opportunities. Join a collaborative team focused on quality outcomes and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active GA PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, evidence‑based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
