Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan or eligible for Michigan licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduate or NPTE passer or experienced clinician welcome.
• Passionate about outpatient orthopedic PT and ongoing clinical development.
• Collaborative and patient-focused approach.
• Motivated to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, sports, and other outpatient conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and findings.
• Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered treatment.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and related approaches.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, staff, and referring providers.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
• Pursue specialty interests and professional growth opportunities.
