• Certification as NP or PA, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for orthopedic, neurological, spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions.
• Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment plan reviews.
• Prescribe and manage medications; maintain timely documentation.
