Job summary

Spencer Britt in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Spine team. This full-time, outpatient-only position emphasizes evaluation and treatment of spine disorders, in close coordination with orthopedic physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a day schedule (7 a.m.–4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with no call and no long-term opioid management, plus strong support for continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Orthopedic Spine or Pain Medicine experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program.
• Massachusetts PA license current and valid.
• Massachusetts CSR and Federal DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat spine disorders in collaboration with a Spine team.
• Work with orthopedic physicians and multidisciplinary teammates.
• No call and no long-term opioid therapy management.
• Outpatient, day shift with start times 7 a.m.–4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Education

Bachelor's degree in PA program

Master's degree preferred
