3DPT is seeking an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant in Dallas to join a PT-led practice focused on quality patient care. You will work under supervising PTs with a diverse caseload and play an active role in treatment planning and patient education.

The role supports professional growth through mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement within the 3DPT team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload under the direction of supervising PT.
• Carry out individualized plans of care using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, movement-based treatment, and patient education.
• Progress treatments based on patient response and document clinical observations.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout recovery.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and other clinical team members.
• Develop orthopedic clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education.
