Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Ashburn, VA. This 13-week contract role is full-time with a day shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) and collaboration with a team of physical therapists and support staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, administering therapeutic exercises, documenting outcomes in NextGen, and educating patients and families on proper techniques. New graduates are welcome with licensure required.

Qualifications

• This role requires an active Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• Licensure and clinical skills specific to outpatient rehab are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes in NextGen.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and care procedures.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients.
