Job summary

Rehab Associates of Central Virginia invites a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient ortho team in a full-time capacity. You will implement PT programs, document progress, and deliver therapies per established plans, contributing to positive patient outcomes within a supportive multi-clinic network.

You will work under experienced clinicians, with opportunities for professional development and leadership. Virginia licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure as PTA or ability to obtain it in Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document daily notes, reports, and incident reports in a timely manner.
• Administer manual therapy, modalities, and range-of-motion activities.
• Assist patients in functional activities and gait training.
• Collaborate with PT staff to coordinate treatment plans.
