Job summary

Jobot seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Western Massachusetts orthopedic outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy with therapy progression documentation.

Collaborative care with PTAs and providers is essential, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The role offers a stable, physician-led environment with a structured caseload, reasonable daily patient volumes, and strong support staff.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises based on patient needs and progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
