Select Physical Therapy in Hebron, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role supports patients in returning to athletics, work and daily life, with a Monday–Friday schedule; PRN and part-time options are also available.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
