Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic cases.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with a mix of early and late shifts.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to advance clinical skills.
