Job summary

CLS Health PLLC in Webster, TX seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for its growing outpatient orthopedics program. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals, and guide patients recovering from injury or surgery with clear explanations and active listening.

You will see 12–16 patients per day, collaborate with a treating clinic director and referring providers, and contribute to clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a DPT.
• Texas PT license required.
• Minimum two years of outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to educate patients and engage in active listening.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Treat orthopedic and MSK conditions, including post-surgical patients.
• Use clinical reasoning and patient responses to guide progression.
• Explain treatment plans and connect to patients' daily activities.
• Collaborate with clinic director and referring providers on progress and discharge planning.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries timely.
