Benchmark Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Hiram, GA. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
