The ideal candidate holds a California PT license in good standing, with a background in orthopedics or strong interest in the field, and excels in patient communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current California PT license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Orthopedic experience preferred; strong interest in orthopedics required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
• Team-oriented, professional, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized orthopedic rehabilitation plans.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff across the practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as applicable.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Uphold high standards of patient care and safety across all interactions.
