Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic clinics in Charlotte, Gastonia, Indian Trail (NC) and Fort Mill (SC). We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path for growth across a national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
