Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Outpatient Orthopedics team in Hermitage, TN. You will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative clinic setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with robust mentorship, residency options, and a competitive salary plus benefits. New grads are welcome and supported in growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
