Upstream Rehabilitation’s BenchMark Physical Therapy clinics in Dacula, GA are hiring a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Ortho. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with strong mentorship, competitive pay, and a clear path to professional growth in outpatient orthopedic PT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
