Job summary

DCS Clinical in New Mexico is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Los Alamos or Santa Fe. We offer a full-time role with a competitive salary and part-time option, no weekends, and a mentorship-friendly team.

You’ll provide one-on-one, 45-minute sessions, develop personalized care plans, and work with a clinical director to grow your skills in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure before starting.
• All experience levels welcome, including new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate evidence-based treatments
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on their conditions, recovery goals, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical director and other team members
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-focused clinic environment
