R|O|C Physical Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in a physician-led, PT-owned practice.

Qualifications

• DPT required or eligibility for licensure in AZ
• Arizona Physical Therapist License or eligibility required
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic PT strongly preferred
• New grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
