Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Texas PT license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Deliver personalized care focused on measurable patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and local medical providers.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the new clinic.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and professional practice.
