Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks a dedicated physical therapist for Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, GA. You will assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function across the patient continuum.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Masters/Bachelors in Physical Therapy.
• PT license required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement the physical therapy treatment plan and progress toward goals.
• Evaluate patient and establish plan of care with discharge planning.
• Document evaluations and plans of care per guidelines and complete discharge documentation.
• Maintain infection prevention and participate in team meetings and education.
